All persons possess equal dignity under this Constitution. No person’s life, liberty, or worth shall be valued more or less than another’s on the basis of wealth, status, origin, identity, belief, ability, productivity, or circumstance.

Section 2. Prohibition of Hierarchies of Worth

No law, policy, or practice shall establish or tolerate hierarchies of human value, whether explicit or implicit. Distinctions that result in differential protection, sacrifice, exposure to harm, or deprivation shall be presumed incompatible with equal dignity.

Section 3. Non-Disposability

No person shall be deemed expendable, surplus, collateral, or acceptable loss in pursuit of institutional, economic, political, or social objectives. Human life and dignity shall not be subordinated to efficiency, profit, stability, growth, or administrative convenience.

Section 4. Equal Protection

All persons are entitled to equal protection of the laws and equal access to the protections secured by this Constitution. Selective enforcement, structural neglect, or differential burden imposed upon identifiable groups shall constitute violations of equal dignity.

Section 5. Economic and Social Equality Before the Law

Economic status shall not diminish or condition a person’s rights, protections, or standing before the law. Poverty, dependence, or precarity shall not be treated as justification for reduced dignity, restricted autonomy, or increased coercion.

Section 6. Protection Against Structural Harm

Policies, systems, or practices that predictably produce concentrated harm, deprivation, or exclusion to identifiable populations shall be subject to heightened scrutiny. Demonstrated patterns of harm shall constitute sufficient grounds for constitutional challenge.

Section 7. Interpretation

This Article shall be interpreted to expand protection against disposability and exclusion. Ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of inclusion, dignity, and equal worth.

Section 8. Enforcement

Violations of equality and non-disposability shall be recognized as violations of fundamental rights and shall be subject to immediate judicial remedy, without requirement of exhaustion, delay, or deference.

Section 9. Non-Derogation

The protections of this Article shall not be suspended, limited, or reinterpreted under any circumstance except through amendment by the people.

No person or group shall be rendered disposable through neglect, deprivation, exclusion, or the calculated withdrawal of support.

Section 1. Freedom of Thought

Every person possesses inherent and inviolable freedom of thought, belief, doubt, inquiry, and conscience. No authority may compel belief, suppress inquiry, or punish a person for their thoughts, convictions, or lack thereof.

Section 2. Freedom of Expression

Every person has the right to express ideas, opinions, information, and dissent through speech, writing, art, association, or other lawful means. Expression shall not be restricted, penalized, or conditioned based on viewpoint, ideology, belief, or political alignment.

Section 3. Protection Against Coerced Silence

No person shall be compelled into silence, conformity, or expression through threat of deprivation, economic penalty, surveillance, retaliation, reputational harm, or exclusion from participation in public or economic life.

Section 4. Freedom of Conscience

No person shall be compelled to act against their conscience, moral judgment, or deeply held beliefs, except where such action would directly violate the bodily autonomy, dignity, or fundamental rights of another person.

Section 5. Protection of Dissent and Inquiry

Peaceful dissent, criticism of authority, and the questioning of institutions, laws, or prevailing norms are protected activities essential to a free society. Such actions shall not be construed as disloyalty, threat, or harm.

Section 6. Surveillance and Manipulation

No authority shall monitor, profile, suppress, manipulate, or algorithmically influence thought or expression through surveillance, data extraction, behavioral conditioning, or informational coercion. Systems designed to chill expression or shape belief without informed and voluntary consent shall be presumed incompatible with freedom.

Section 7. Equal Application

The protections of this Article apply equally to all persons and shall not be limited by status, platform, employer, institution, or intermediary acting under authority, delegation, or influence of the state.

Section 8. Interpretation

This Article shall be interpreted to expand freedom of thought, expression, and conscience. Ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of open inquiry, dissent, and individual moral agency.

Section 9. Enforcement

Violations of this Article shall be recognized as violations of fundamental rights and shall be subject to immediate judicial remedy, without requirement of exhaustion, delay, or deference.

Section 10. Non-Derogation

The rights secured by this Article shall not be suspended, limited, or reinterpreted under any circumstance except through amendment by the people.

No person shall be compelled to affirm, adopt, or perform beliefs, expressions, or moral positions not their own as a condition of participation in public life.

Section 1. Freedom from Coercion

No person shall be compelled to act, labor, comply, or submit through threat of deprivation, violence, detention, exposure, or loss of basic necessities. Consent obtained through coercion shall have no legal force.

Section 2. Prohibition of Forced and Compelled Labor

No person shall be forced, compelled, or economically coerced into labor or service. Labor performed under threat of poverty, hunger, homelessness, loss of healthcare, or exclusion from social participation shall be presumed involuntary.

Section 3. Protection Against Survival-Based Compliance

Systems or practices that condition access to food, shelter, healthcare, safety, or dignity upon compliance, silence, or submission shall be prohibited. Survival shall not be used as leverage to compel behavior.

Section 4. Economic Exploitation

No economic arrangement shall extract labor, value, or compliance while denying the conditions necessary for a dignified life. Exploitation shall include arrangements that rely upon precarity, fear, or lack of viable alternatives.

Section 5. Freedom from Retaliation

No person shall suffer retaliation, penalty, or exclusion for refusing coerced labor, resisting exploitation, or asserting the rights secured by this Constitution.

Section 6. Equal Application

The protections of this Article apply equally to all persons and shall not be diminished by status, contract, classification, or economic condition.

Section 7. Interpretation

This Article shall be interpreted to expand protection against coercion and exploitation. Ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of free consent, dignity, and autonomy.

Section 8. Enforcement

Violations of this Article shall be recognized as violations of fundamental rights and shall be subject to immediate judicial remedy, without requirement of exhaustion, delay, or deference.

Section 9. Non-Derogation

The rights secured by this Article shall not be suspended, limited, or reinterpreted under any circumstance except through amendment by the people.

Consent obtained under conditions of deprivation, threat, dependency, or lack of meaningful alternatives shall not be considered valid.
