Purpose
This Article establishes non-captivity as a governing principle. The Nation shall not be structurally dependent on any private entity or concentration of power.
Section 1. Prohibition of Hostage Power
No individual or entity shall hold veto power over the functioning or future of the Nation.
Section 2. Replaceability by Design
Critical systems shall be structured for redundancy and continuity.
Section 3. Limits on Concentration
No accumulation of wealth, land, or control shall enable systemic coercion.
Section 4. Conditional Market Access
Market participation is contingent upon accountability to domestic law and public obligation.
Section 5. Prohibition of Systemic Coercion
No private entity may leverage withdrawal or disruption to extract concessions.
Section 6. Interpretation
No authorization shall permit private dominance over public systems.
Measures taken under this Article shall be protective and structural in nature, intended to preserve democratic self-governance, and shall not be construed as punitive action against lawful dissent or exit.
