I built Rowanheart as an open community blueprint for restoring connection through practical care, shared space, creativity, and inter-generational community life.
It is designed as a modular framework, not a one-size-fits-all institution. Parts can be adapted on their own, or used together as part of a broader community model.
The packet outlines the concept, program structure, phased launch path, and lean versus full-scale versions.
If you work in community development, place-making, youth programming, elder services, libraries, public space, arts, or civic partnership, this is meant to be useful.
Use what serves. Build what fits.
